The annual SAGEEP conference, sponsored by the Environmental and Engineering Geophysical Society, is the premier event in North America devoted to the exchange of information regarding applied near-surface geophysics.  The meeting is a great opportunity for those in academia and industry to see how the efforts of the other can be brought to bear on common issues.  The conference also hosts numerous opportunities for students to observe and mingle with people who make a living in this industry. The Foundation regularly participates by sponsoring Student Networking Events and other needs of the Symposium.
